Delete your account
The fastest way to delete your Marka account is in the app itself. If you can't sign in, email us to request it.
Delete in the app
If you can sign in, this is immediate and doesn't require waiting on support:
Go to https://app.markaph.app/login, sign in, and open Settings.
Enter your current password and type DELETE to confirm. This action is permanent.
Your account and its associated classroom data are deleted as soon as you confirm.
Can't sign in?
Use the form below to send your associated Marka account email. Support will use it to identify and verify the request, then confirm once it's processed.
Do not send your password or any student data. We only need the registered account email to identify and verify the request.
What deletion covers
Deleting your account removes the account itself and the classroom data tied to it (classes, rosters, rubrics, evaluation periods, and evaluation records), along with sessions, tokens, and account settings. The Privacy Policy explains the limited security-record retention that can still apply after deletion.
